VideoSurf is the hot news on the internets this week, a clever tool still in private beta. It's probably the best search tool for video I have come across, giving comprehensive results and the ability to view a clip by ALL frames, BEST or Faces Only. The ability to search for faces is the clever bit and is a major step forward towards a multimedia semantic web.
